They made us feel really welcome and wouldn't definitely recommend

Lovely place for our family getaway. Everyone loved the hot tub! Lovely kitchen/dining room for family meals and games.

Loved it here, shame the weather turned bad on our last day though. The accomodation was just what we needed (downstairs bedroom) & hut tub was used by all except one of us!

A lovely weekend away. The house is beautiful and we loved the hot tub. The hosts live on site but are not intrusive but are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in and had a takeaway one night and cooked the other, the house had all the supplies you would need. There was even some toys for the kids which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will look to book again when it’s a bit warmer so we can enjoy the garden too.

A really lovely relaxing weekend with old friends - the hot tub has probably never been used so much, was so wonderful to all have time feeling pampered and able to chatter away in peace. Great comfy living room space. Nice big kitchen with most things you'd require (although some tea towels might be a nice addition that was hardly an earth shattering omission as washing up wasn't a priority on a weekend designed for relaxing!). Very dog friendly. Nice walks/runs along the Shropshire Way (very nearby) and so lovely to hear the sounds of nature all around rather than the cars and mayhem of the city. Very welcoming and helpful hosts (thanks for the wine too!) but left you to have your space if that's what you wanted. Definitely recommend!

Had a great Christmas at the coach house . Hot tub was relaxing, the owners were very helpful, plenty of walks for our dog Bella.👌👍.

Lovely location and property, the hot tub was an added bonus and we really enjoyed the long weekend away, highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brilliant place to relax and unwind with friends, the only thing I would change is to make the garden secure with gates and fence so you can let the dogs out without the worry of him wandering off to the horses etc as it's very hard to relax in the hot tub and having to leave the dogs in the cottage.

The house was great and spacious enough for 2 adults and four young children. Our host was great and had loads of advice for the surrounding area. This house is perfect if you want a rural getaway with walks on your doorstep. We will definitely try and book again as everyone in our family loved it.

Lovely Cottage , loved the sitting room ideal for a group to get together to watch tv or play games , kitchen had everything we needed . Our only minor gripe was the twin beds were not very comfortable , maybe more suited to children rather than adults. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after a day exploring the wonderful countryside .

The coach house was a quaint little place in the middle of nowhere, within a 20 minute walk to the nearest village. Outside it’s picturesque and beautiful, it’s virtually faultless apart from it being a dog friendly venue that doesn’t have a secure area for dogs to be off their lead, which we were disappointed at, but didn’t hinder us. The inside was nice, it was a dated and in need of modernisation, especially since it’s a holiday venue. It’s had clearly been cleaned between peoples visits, but we felt that it was in desperate need of a deep clean as there were issues we found. Spider webs in fairly obvious places and behind the beds, stained sofas and curtains, dirt around the edges of the hot tub that could do with a scrub and dirty windows. I freshen up would do the world of good there. The host/landlady was very nice and helpful and just over the road incase of any issues, which was nice. The rules about dogs was a bit farfetched in our opinion, no dogs upstairs or in the bedrooms, the only place the dog could be was the kitchen of conservatory. The lounge is upstairs where we’d sit all together regularly and had to use a suitcase to block the stairway to abide by the house rules. The worst part of the house was the awful single beds! I’m a bigger guy and I’ve never been nervous in a bed until now. We’ve never heard a bed creek so much! I was scared I was going to break it. One night I moved in bed and 3 slats came out and nearly gave me a heart attack! The slats are worn and need replacing. Other than that, it’s was great value for money.

It was a lovely relaxing, peaceful break. Everything was there you could need. Nice touch by our hosts was wine and cookies on arrival. Our host was friendly and helpful. And informative about where to eat etc..... Loved the wildlife. And family liked walking to see the pigs. And then there was the lovely hot tub. The area was great too lots to see and do. Thank you very much.

Spacious accommodation with large well maintained garden and benefit of hot tub. Good location fro exploring nearby canal network, Chester, Shrewsbury as well as North Wales. Busy market town of Oswestry only a few miles to the north of the property. At the time of our 6-person visit there were only 5 dining room chairs and although it was explained that the missing chair was away for repair, I think that a temporary replacement should have been provided. 6 people = equipment and furniture for 6 people - we were paying top high season rates after all. Overall, the property was comfortable and spacious and we had ca very enjoyable holiday.
