This was a great cottage. Well laid out and done to a very high standard. The sun trap patio/garden area was fantastic. Being on a large working farm was a bonus with cows, calf’s, chickens, ducks, running ducks, geese and new goslings all to see. There were lots of walking from the farm and even better one a short drive away in the Chilterns including seeing many red kites. The bonus was the half moon pub in the village with good beer and even better food especially the pizzas. Frank and Pen were very welcoming and helpful. - don’t wait, book a visit.

We had a wonderful week at the Coach House. It's in a lovely setting on a farm and it's really quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife. The owners and their children are delightful and our grandson loved playing with them. The house is beautiful with a really nice interior which has been designed with care and flair. The nearby town of Wallington has some great shops, especially the butchers shop. There are other towns not far away and a good selection of places to eat. Its a great place for doggy holidays and there are lots of walks close by. We had a delicious homemade cake waiting for us when we arrived, as well as a bottle of wine. We will definitely be booking again!

A most impressive barn conversion cottage. Contemporary fixtures, very well fitted out and large rooms. Would definitely stay there again if looking for accommodation in Oxfordshire.

    Fabulous cottage!

This is a really lovely place to stay - beautifully converted into a comfortable home. Great walks from the door, and a myriad of footpaths in every direction. We had fabulous walks every day, and it was always a pleasure to come back to the warmth of the Coach House and a hot shower. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very stylish, and the open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen creates a great family space. There's a safe garden to the side of the Coach House for the dog, and I can imagine it would be great to sit there on summer evenings and watch the sun set over the fields. The hosts are very welcoming and hospitable - and we absolutely loved our time there. That's why I've given a score of 10.

A beautifully presented and extremely clean property. This house had most mod cons and was in a good location. The owners thoughtfully decorated the house for us for Christmas as we stayed here for Christmas. They also left us a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolates. The only tiny thing that would make it perfect would be the addition of a washing machine.

A wonderful stay, great hosts, fantastic location, great for the kids and a beautifully decorated house.

We had an amazing stay at the coach house, everything you could imagine you need has been provided. The location on a working farm was great and it is a beautiful sight to look out to in the mornings. The added extra touches like homemade cake and a bottle of Prosecco are wonderful. This is a beautiful place to come back to at the end of the day after exploring the areas attractions. Very cozy but also modern and stylish we would definitely love to go back for another stay.

Just perfect We stayed here for a weekend in November. The house is so beautifully designed with every small detail thought of and the standard of decor and fittings is outstanding. It was warm, cosy and such a pleasure to come back to after days out in the surrounding area. We were 3 sisters on a girls shopping weekend so went to Bicester Village and lots of other little towns. A prefect relaxing break, so quiet and peaceful too. Highly recommend.

Warm and comfortable accommodation in a rural setting. The house is well equipped and beautifully decorated throughout. Nearest shops are 10 minutes away by car, but there is a nice pub/restaurant just at the end of the drive.

Beautiful cottage, lovely landlords, great location. Do not understand why this pretty and well equiped Coach House "only" gets fours stars in the ranking. Should be a six star property!

The Coach House was lovely, beautifully decorated, spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing week away. The owners were welcoming and it was lovely to have wine and cake (and milk) there for our arrival. My son was also very happy with the wifi (an essential for him).
