A comfortable cottage in an ideal location for exploring this part of Suffolk. Very friendly owner who went the extra mile, posting back to me something left behind. We loved all the animals, the beautifully maintained swimming pool and, of course, the hot tub. Definitely to be recommended.

Good location. Great hot tub. Overall good - good bed linen and plenty of towels. Could do with a deep clean - the house looked clean on arrival but once you started moving things (like the bin in the bathroom) there were spiderwebs and grit.

A lovely restful stay. Great walk right outside the back gate. Close to Bury St Edmunds which is lovely and dog friendly. Private hot tub was lovely. The dairy could have been cleaner but it certainly didn't detract from the stay

Nice remote location, but not to far from bury st Edmunds. Picturesque walk down river, and around the farm to see the various animals! Very helpful and friendly owners! Would recommend to friends or others looking for nice break away. 100% would book again!

This is a nice little place to stay and the pool is fantastic - we went in every single day. There are a couple of grumbles such as limited equipment in kitchen and a bathroom door that stuck but overall it was great value and a lovely place to spend a chilled out week.

It was disappointing after previous visits with faults in the bathroom causing disturbance to other guests when getting up during the night.Basin waste sticks and had to bale out with a saucepan after a shave.Loose floor tiles in bathroom were causing door to stick Toilet cistern would not fill on occasions.Saucepans are unsuitable for small amounts of food and looked more suitable for a school kitchen.Only one small milk saucepan with no lid
