    The Farmhouse is a great place for a family. We were three generations 16 months to 82 and it suited perfectly. There’s enough space to do things together and also to find an area to be on your own . We used the Pool, hot tub and games room. Lots of space for football and two dogs to walk and frolic. It is very good value. We were there during storm Ciara and we were cosy and comfortable. The house is very well equipped, we even cooked a roast for 16. It was clean and the Owner and staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly ( we had forgotten to bring, as requested, towels for the pool and we were given plenty). This Is a perfect holiday rental. We’re going to book again for next year.

    We booked this cottage to accommodate 16 people which it did happily. It was more than equipped and had plenty of space so we where not under one another’s feet. The out side pool was a hit with the children and the hot tub with the teenagers , every thing was provided all you need is your clothes and a Tesco dot com shop . We had 3 dogs with us , the garden was huge and had an adjoining field for them to run in . This place is a fabulous family get together house , we will definitely be back .

    The cottage was in a lovely private setting with good amenities. It was well equipped and beautifully furnished which made it very warm and welcoming . You really don’t need to take anything except yourselves and your clothes and then have a Tesco delivery for your food! Would highly recommend , it was great for a family 80th birthday celebration as it suited all ages .

    Just got back from a wonderful birthday celebration at The Farmhouse, it exceeded all of my expectations, we were a group of 14 and there was so much room and just about everything we could have wanted or needed, the location is fabulous, a short distance from Cheltenham and the house is fantastic, spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. Would definitely recommend and can't wait for a reason to return!

    Fab holiday with "the party rockers" ( group of 6 couples plus kids) plenty of room for dining, socialising and lovely grounds. Kitchen exceptionally well stocked with equipment. One bedroom, wc, 2 lounge areas and dining room accessible for a friend who is a wheelchair user. Lots of bedrooms for us to choose from. Lovely log fires in the evening. Great location for visiting Cheltenham, Gloucester, Bristol and the cotswolds.

    Thank you, we had the most fabulous family reunion with 30 people booking the Farmhouse and Walnut Tree together for the weekend. Ages from 3 to 80. We all had the most fantastic time.

    This is one of the best holiday lets I have ever stayed in the Farmhouse is furnished to a very high standard and the attention to detail is very very good. The garden has plenty of pretty seating areas and has wonderful views over the Malvern Hills. Did not want to leave.

    The Farmhouse was ideal for our holiday. We are a group of 7 old school friends, now retired, who meet up for 5 days each year in a different part of the country to relax, chat, eat, drink and visit the surrounding area. The location of the Farmhouse near Cheltenham racecourse meant we could use the park & ride to get into Cheltenham, and get easily to the Racecourse railway station to take the steam train to Broadway. The Farmhouse is very spacious, we each enjoyed our own room with en suite bathroom, and it is provided with everything to enable us to cook delicious meals each evening. The grounds are lovely, with spectacular views of the countryside.
