Visit England 3 Star.\n The Garden Flat is tucked away at the bottom of a row of Victorian houses overlooking the sea. This basement flat offers superb spacious accommodation which is light and airy and being situated very close to the town centre and holiday attractions it means guests can leave the car and explore on foot. There are four steps down into the private front entrance a sitting-out area for relaxing and enjoying warm evenings and magnificent sunsets. The rear access has one parking space which is approached by steps from the property with additional on road parking close by. The property is all on one level and is furnished and equipped to a good standard and the kitchen has been updated in 2020.\nHunstanton is great for a family holiday with a sandy beach rock pools sailing kite surfing and water skiing. The sea front has traditional entertainments with many stalls selling ice creams along with amusement arcades fun fair bowling alley and adventure golf. Stroll along the promenade to either Old Hunstanton or the other direction to Heacham. For walkers the Norfolk Coastal Path takes you 34 miles to Cromer from the North promenade.     We had a great holiday, the only downside was the water situation in the flat, hot water does not flow very well difficult to shower. There is a strong smell of damp unfortunately in lounge and small bedroom.

    Really nice, well-equipped and spacious flat in a superb central location. Being a basement flat I thought it might be dark but the lounge and bedrooms were really light, only the kitchen needing the light on so overall no problems. Car parking round the back with access down steps. Being centrally located and with a good bus service the car didn't budge all week! A very good flat.
