Beautiful, quiet and secluded location, ideal for visiting both the Lakes and the Dales. Cottage itself was of a very high standard, with lots of little extras which made it feel like home. Would highly recommend.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at the Granary. It’s in a peaceful location and the house has been done up to a high standard and decorated beautifully. It was an excellent place to stay and take day excursions into the Lake District. We’re grateful to have spent a week in this lovely house.

Amazing stay in this high end very warm cottage, lovely views, great showers and the welcome hamper was a nice touch. my only moan is the frying pan was abit warped and too big for the electric hob. But everything else spot on, dishwasher worked well, washer and dryer too. I would recommend this place to anyone. Must visits are the butchers arms pub amazing food. Keswick and penrith.

Modern comfortable conversion of a traditional property. Some nice touches e.g. dressing gowns, welcome pack with Prosecco. Appliances new but a bit basic. Access road a little rough! Highly recommended.

This is the most beautiful cottage in a stunning location. So much attention to detail to make our stay feel really special, from the welcome hamper to the fluffy bathrobes, to the very comfortable beds, to the special dog blankets so that your dog can snuggle on the sofa. We really hope that we will be able to visit again some day.
