Steep open-tread stairs to first floor 3 bedrooms 2 double one four poster 1 bunk each with en-suite shower room and toilet. Beams throughout. \n Woodburner in living room fuel available locally. Biomass CH elec bed linen and towels inc. Cot. Hchair. Six Freeview TVs. DVD and small library. StereoCD. Elec cooker. Mwave. Wmachine. Tdryer. Dwasher. Freezer. Wi-fi. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Portable BBQ. Ample parking. Natural water supply from borehole. No smoking. NB Water fountain in garden.\n This converted detached Grade II listed barn located on a quiet sheep farm has far-reaching views across the Axe Valley towards Seaton. It has been awarded 4 stars by Visit Britain and would be ideal for two to three families accommodated in 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. You have freedom to roam 150 acres of green fields and woodland or sit out on the enclosed private patio with its water fountain and revel in the beautiful scenery or watch the wildlife and farm animals. Seaton with its mile long beach is 2 miles away with the famous Seaton and District Electric Tramway golf fishing and superb cliff walks. The seaside resort of Lyme Regis with its Cobb offers good sailing and water-skiing.     A lovely cottage, spacious and very well equipped. Beautiful views, peaceful location and well maintained property. Can’t recommend highly enough, all the family had a fantastic weekend away.

    Lovely cottage, fully stocked with all equipment, great parking and fantastic views. Easy access to places like Lyme Regis, Honiton, Sidmouth, Forde Abbey etc. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable holiday stay.

    This accommodation is beautifully laid out & suits a party of 10 perfectly, age ranging from 18 months to 69! The conversion has been very thoughtfully done - we loved it! It’s situation is 15 minutes away from a perfect family beach at Lyme Regis with easy access to many other holiday attractions. We would certainly love to go there again!
