Situated in the seaside town of Shanklin, the house is located within walking distance of the beach, town centre, Old Village, Shanklin Chine and restaurants, as well as transport links to the rest of the island.
The Holly has been beautifully decorated throughout showing off the exquisite period features whilst maintaining a modern feel. The house comprises of a bright and spacious living room with doors opening out onto the patio and swimming pool area, a separate dining room to enjoy family meals with gorgeous views of the garden and swimming pool. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating as well as a Belling Range cooker. Between the dining room and kitchen is a cosy conservatory ideal for an afternoon cup of tea.
Upstairs hosts three large bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms, and a large family bathroom. The master bedroom is elegantly decorated with a king size bed. The two further bedrooms, also decorated to a very high standard host double beds, one room with an en suite and the other with access to the main family bathroom.
Outside, the house benefits from a large garden with plenty of seating, as well as allocated parking for two cars.
The 2-mile coastal walk between Shanklin & Sandown is a popular attraction; choose from the undulating coastal path or the sea wall promenade. Along the way is the village of Lake, with its quiet sandy beach and water sports centre.
Sandown is popular for visiting Dinosaur Isle with life size models, Sandown Pier and Isle of Wight Zoo famous for its Tiger Sanctuary. Beach 1 mile.
