Quaint and quirky cottage. Very small but fine for 2 of us and 2 dogs for a short break. Great that it is available just for short breaks in peak season as not all self catering places offer this. Pub Just across the road - friendly bar staff, cask ales and good food. Easy to get to the coast eg Whitby, Staithes and local walks straight from the village. The cottage has no parking and it is pot luck whether you can park anywhere close by. It is also on quite a busy road to say its in the country so there is traffic noise. Oh - and sheep come by early morning to wake you up too!!. Loved it but the one downside is the bed which is not comfortable and has seen better days.

Great property and enough space for the two of us and dog! Everything worked well and it was perfect for locking up before heading out for the day.
