Very good holiday over October half term. Well equipped house with lots of space for 4 adults and 3 children

Amazing house, nice walks down to the two rivers either side. Local pub very friendly but no local shop, closest down a very wet woodland track - which would be OK but we'd had a lot of rain. Perfect house for a family get together though. We came in October - would be even better in better weather in the summer. Narrow lanes and tractors don't mix!

Really nice location enjoyed walking to the nearby beaches.nearest shop was in the next village but not a problem for us.House was spacious comfortable and we'll equipped.

A lot better than the pictures make of it. A simply wonderful house with a beautiful garden in a cosy little village on the Lizard. The contact to the Caretaker was perfect, the house impeccable. We are a family of 2+4 children and everyboday just loved the house. Even when the rain spoils the day out there is enough space to play inside and enjoy the games room - the former chapel.

Superb property and location. Beautiful village, very English picture postcard, quaint and friendly locals. Great pub 2 mins walk too. Can’t recommend enough!

    out of 10

Such a beautiful house and garden with fabulous views in a beautiful part of the country! Plenty of room for our party of 9. The local pub was a 2 minute and made great food. Cannot rate this place more highly- would definitely recommend! The games room was a big hit too!
