beautiful, beautiful amount of secure garden for dogs and such a lovely place, could do with a rail to help people out of shower in family bathroom and a bath mat would make it safer when getting out of shower / bath but other than that was excellent and cleaning was exceptional. truly worth a visit.

Nice view from lounge after we had given the windows a quick clean, but no coffee/side tables to put anything on. 2 low couches, one of which was too long and stopped you getting near window. Kitchen. Strong smell of curry on opening the microwave, had to clean before I used it. Cracked floor covering. Windows dirty. High hedge very near building so dark. Dining room very dark (hedge again). We found an out of date and messy "welcome" type folder in a drawer in the sideboard. Both ground floor bedrooms needed more storage (chest drawers). Back bedroom brown damp stains coming through. Very much in need of updating....still got woodchip paper on. Behind toilet needs cleaning. Brown carpet too many stains, very off putting. Well you did ask.....

We really enjoyed staying at The Pines, the location is very rural but not far from the various coastal sights we wanted to see. The views from the house are fantastic, it is very homely and it was very clean and had been decorated recently. The equipment in the kitchen was all in very good condition and clean. The rooms are spacious and the garden is huge, ideal for the dog. The only improvement we thought was that the garden needs some attention, the bushes are overgrown and the grass needed cutting, the garage door was in need of attention, it didn't affect our enjoyment of the property though. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
