Lovely property that is very well equipped. Lots of large pans, pots etc that are ideal for the number of people/bedrooms. The only recommendation I would make would be to add some cereal bowls - there are only soup bowls.

Clean. Accommodation flexible (lots of bedrooms). However, our double bedroom did not have a wardrobe! Kitchen well equipped and sufficient size for our large (12) group. Lounge dreadful, massive space, lighting appalling. The lounge was chilly during the day and freezing in the evening (rainy June). The central-heating is totally inadequate in this room. There is a log burning "feature fire" which has seen better days, which guests have to light, it is useless at heating such an enormous space. Besides freezing, everybody spending the evening in there comes out reeking of smoke! We were under the impression that this property was suitable for people with mobility issues, it is not. There are steps into the property and steps between the kitchen and the lounge. The access road got very boggy and rutted due to the torrential rain when we were there. So, anyone with a small or low car may want to be aware of this.

What a weekend. Amazing house in a beautiful location. Every possible utensil included, plenty of storage room in kitchen. Spotlessly clean and a total joy to be there. Booked for 14 of us for my husbands 30th and it was perfect. Only small issue was the very bumpy track up to the house. Please drive very carefully as there were some mammoth potholes!

Very warm and comfortable brilliant wood burning stove, the only downside I found was the lack of additional lighting in the wonderful lounge area. The service was great the dishwasher was replaced straight away dispite the fact it was Christmas.

My group thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Windy Mundy Farm, there were just a few issues: there was no hot water or heating in the annex the first morning this was resolved very quickly, we would have found two dishwashers more useful than two washing machines, the bathroom arrangements were a bit of a problem as three had to share the jack and jill bathroom including the person on the mezzanine up the spiral staircase, whilst this is probably ok for family groups for mature adult singletons it is an issue, this would be helped if there was a cloakroom/loo on the ground floor. The mezzanine bedroom is rather inaccessible added to which we could hear rats/mice/squirrels in the rafters! The addition of a shower in the annex bathroom would be useful rather than the shower for the sauna which is rather exposed! We loved the setting and the barn is a beautiful conversation, it suited our requirements and was a great base for our garden visits. I would certainly recommend it to others.
