A wonderful relaxing place. We had a great time in the big bath-warm indoor pool & hot tub, & had fun greeting all the animals on the farm (goats, cows, ponies & rabbits). Perfect location near lots of attractions but felt remote & rural.

The Smokehouse was bright, spacious, clean and comfortable and in a pleasant setting. The swimming pool was an added bonus and was a few yards away from the Smokehouse. Although there were no amenities in the village, Bury St Edmunds is a short drive away. Would certainly recommend this cottage.

We were made very welcome by our hosts to this well equipped cottage. We would have enjoyed the hot tub but our weekend was primarily to met up with long lost cousins. The cottage contained every thing we needed if we had needed to cook, there was plenty of towels and warm cosy beds. We enjoyed meeting the farm animals, children would have loved them. We found a great pub (The Cadogan), serving beautiful meals and breakfasts close by. Will definitely visit again

Lovely place to stay. Quiet and relaxing even though on a working farm. Pool and hot tub lovely. Steven was very pleasant to talk to. Would definitely go back again!

Great cottage, very relaxing stay. The swimming pool was a good size and nice temperature and the hot tub was lovely. Kids loved feeding the goats and ponies and stroking the rabbits. Nice walks with the dog in Culford park which is next to the farm. No shops or pubs in the village but short drive to Bury St Edmunds.

As it is on a working farm away from a village it is dificult to rate "local amenities" but Tesco's and Bury St.Edmonds are not far away. Nice to have a swimming pool and bespoke jackousie in such a setting. Facilities good, animals (including owner!) friendly. Quiet and private; hardly noticed the holiday makers in the other two converted farm buildings.
