The accommodation is designed with the living room on the first floor to make the most of the views over the surrounding fields. This spacious room has both underfloor heating and a wood burner for warm and cosy winter stays. The kitchen is off the living room and is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms: a double room with an en-suite, and a twin bedroom with a separate shower room. Outside there is seating in the courtyard and ample parking for guests as well.

The area of Upper Kingston is just 2 miles from the centre of Ringwood an historic Market town located on the River Avon and on the edge of the New Forest National Park. It is an ideal touring base for visiting the south coast of England and surrounding area. It is well placed on the Avon Valley Path, a 34-mile walk from the cathedral city of Salisbury to Christchurch Priory on the south coast. Ringwood has long been associated with beer making and Ringwood Brewery just a mile away offers brewery tours.
To the east are the popular visitor attractions of Beaulieu and Bucklers Hard, an area rich in history for shipbuilding and linked to warships at the time of HMS Victory. More local to Ringwood and for an action packed holiday at Moors Valley Country Park, you can take a Segway Forest Safari or zip-wire through the trees. At Blashford Lakes, just a short drive away, the Ellingham Water ski club organises water skiing, wake boarding and even a ride on an inflatable banana boat. At New Forest Activities in Beaulieu you can enjoy archery, hire a kayak, try raft building or take a bushcraft course, and throughout the New Forest horse riding and bike hire can be organised. At the Ski Centre, just a few miles away, you can learn to ski ride a ski bob or ringo down the slopes.
The sandy beaches of Bournemouth are just 9 miles away and Sandbanks, with its Blue Flag award, can be reached in 13 miles. At Hengistbury Head Beach and Nature Reserve there is a land train that takes you to Mudeford beach with its picturesque beach huts.
