The Stable is one of three barn conversion holiday cottages situated on a working farm just a few yards from the Pentland Firth. Immaculately presented throughout and with stunning views across the sea with the Orkney Isles clearly visible, The Stable provides a wonderful base for a memorable get-away-from-it-all holiday. The main living accommodation is open-plan. The lounge area opens up through French windows to the garden beyond and affords the most incredible seascape views. The kitchen area is bright, modern and well-equipped and there is a modern dining table for four. The spacious bedroom is attractively furnished and has a 6’ zip and link bed which can convert to twin 3’ beds as required. There is a modern bathroom with walk in shower, WC and basin. The Stable is situated close to some of the most fantastic beaches in the UK. With miles of golden sand and massive sand dunes forming a backdrop, the nearby Dunnet beach is simply spectacular. Surfing, body-boarding, sand-buggying, swimming, horse riding and wild-life watching are all local pastimes, yet this superb beach is never crowded. Please note The Stable may be available to let with the two other adjoining self-catering cottages that form the barn conversion – The Byre (sleeps 4) and The Barn (sleeps 2).
