Our "holiday home" was perfect - good location and clean. Our hostess made us very welcome.

Excellent location with regard to Llanrwst and surrounding area. Kind welcome by giving eggs and home made jam which was lovely. Great views from property. Tranquil and peaceful. Farm has a dog called Megan who visited regularly - we enjoyed her visits! Spacious for 6. Enjoyed our stay at the stables - homely. Quite expensive as we stayed in August. Pointers: Better sign posting is needed - very easy to miss when passing on road Double bed in the family room needs new mattress - springs could be felt coming through Extra bathroom / toilet would be handy - especially for 6 people Be prepared for some noise from property above.
