We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed and the cottage is well equipped. The local food serve amazing food and there’s good walks for those with Dogs. The only down side was no gate to stop the dog getting out. The local shop handy for fire wood. Amazing cottage and great for getting to Kielder. Thank you

From the moment we pulled up on the drive i just knew it was going to be an amazing Christmas.seasonal decorations made all the difference and created a very homely atmosphere. Plenty of space for 3 people and 1 dog.

Had a fabulous week at The Stables and have already recommended it to others. Would visit again. Everything is high quality and well thought through. The location is perfect - easy to access but glorious views of the countryside and a real feeling of isolation in the tiny hamlet. Owners are very accommodating and comms are excellent. Highly recommended from a cottage 'veteran' of 25 years or so....

Lovely cottage, centrally located for visiting most popular places. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. The cottage was clean and had really nice decor. Only negative I could find was as an owner of a young inquisitive pet the garden could benefit from having a gate fitted. Nice stay
