This lovely, detached, family home is situated in the coastal town of Montrose, less than a mile from the town’s golf course and beach. It is a wonderful base from which to explore this beautiful area of Scotland.

Montrose is a lovely little town in the Angus area of Scotland. The popular Montrose Basin is a fantastic place to explore and spot local birds and wildlife. There are some lovely sandy beaches in and around the town, making it perfect for lovers of the coast and sea. In the town centre you will find a museum and art gallery, where you can learn about the history of the local area.
This stunning and diverse area of Angus is home to many attractions and places of interest. If you enjoy walking, whether it be through the glens or along the coast, then this area does not disappoint, with many trails available nearby. Golf is also a huge pastime here, with the wonderful St Andrews and Carnoustie courses a short drive away. The city of Dundee is around 30 minutes away by rail and provides a fantastic day out. Home to the wonderful V&A Museum and RSS Discovery, it has something to interest the whole family. Aberdeen can be reached in 50 minutes and Edinburgh is 90 minutes away.
