This well-presented house sleeps 8 guests comfortably, spread over three bedrooms and sleeping space in the living area. The interior of the house has been decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard offering a modern contemporary feel throughout. Located just a short walk from nearby convenience stores, pubs and restaurants and although based outside of the City centre, just a 5-minute walk from a bus stop that can take you straight into York!
There is a secure, private garden surrounding the house, step inside the house itself you can find a stylish lounge area, with a 58-inch Smart Tv and comfortable seating for up to four guests at a time. These Sofas have the flexibility of being turned into two Single sofa beds for sleeping arrangements for two extra guests. Following on from the living room, you enter the separate dining room, with a dining table for 4 guests to sit and enjoy a home cooked meal, or a takeaway from one of York’s many takeout options.
You will then see the ground floor bathroom. The bathroom consists of modern tiling throughout and a bath with an overhead shower with underfloor heating! Following on from the hallway, you will enter the open plan kitchen space, which hosts a modern island with seating for two guests, a full-size fridge freezer, induction hob and electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. Alongside all the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery and crockery you would need to cook a basic meal. All you need to bring is your ingredients! There is also a further sofa and 65inch Smart Tv for your use in this space, looking out onto the bifold doors which open onto the modern patio, perfect for those summer days!
