Tigh Marion is a bright, modern single-storey cottage situated on the corner of a quiet no-through road, just a short walk from the spectacular sandy beaches of Nairn and the town centre. Set in its own wrap around gardens it is ideally located for a family or couple’s seaside holiday. There is a large living room, with plenty of seating for up to 5 guests. The kitchen is modern, with built-in units and is well equipped. There are three bedrooms, one with a superking size zip and link bed which converts to twin beds if required, as well as a second double bedroom and a single room. A footpath close by leads down to the promenade and onto the beautiful sandy beaches.
All the facilities of this attractive Victorian resort are within a mile of the property. The pretty fishing harbour is well worth a visit and a boat trip is likely to result in a close sighting of the renowned bottle nosed dolphins which are resident off-shore. The town has plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés and interesting shops to peruse. The riverside walks along the Nairn are a real delight. There are numerous places of historic interest close by, including Cawdor Castle, Culloden battlefield and a wonderful nature reserve that runs along the superb coastline. The bustling city of Inverness, built along the side of the mighty River Ness, is just 20-minutes’ drive away. There are three championship golf courses nearby and fishing, sailing, kayaking, mountain biking and coastal as well as forest walks are all enjoyed locally. Beach 1 mile.
