This was our 2nd stay at this lovely homely cottage. On arrival Kathryn and Andrew made us feel welcome and nothing was a problem for them. We couldn't fault anything, the cottage is clean, warm and well equipped, also lots of tasty homemade treats.
There is a short walk into Barnard Castle with lots of other walks in the area. Maps & suggested walks are available in the cottage.
Beautiful cottage and a lovely location. Lots of extra little touches made it so welcoming. Can’t recommend highly enough. Even the dog was well provided for, we wanted for nothing. Many thanks to the owners.
What a wonderful place to stay. After a warm welcome by Kathryn we were left to make ourselves at home in this lovely cottage. Plenty of room ,beautiful scenery, everything had been thought of even down to home baked cake and home made jam Will be paying this little gem a return visit.
Excellent clean cottage peacefully situated with all amenities close by. We had a fantastic week there, highly recommended!
