    On arrival it was difficult to see where we needed to park as the cottages had no names on them. We had a lovely welcome, fresh flowers and rolls with cream and jam plus a pint of milk in the fridge. The cottage was well equipped, everything you could need in the kitchen along with cleaning supplies, a bowl for the dog and poo bags! The children were pleased to discover games in the wardrobe, buckets and spades along with a ball to play with. It’s worth mentioning that there is a large field at the back perfect for the dogs. My only negative was that there was no door leading to the enclosed garden, you need to walk round the side and through a gate. This was annoying when taking the dog out to do his business. The area is beautiful and we had a fab week exploring north Cornwall. The hot tap in the kitchen is actually marked as cold. The hot water is really hot straight from the tap. It was useful to find tea bags and sugar in the pots as it was one thing I had forgotten to bring! Overall we had a great holiday and would definitely stay again.

    Lovely bungalow. The owners are really friendly and welcoming. Lots to do and see especially as we had dogs. Would definitely recommend it.

    I booked this cottage as I am a wheelchair user and had I been permanently in my wheelchair, this property would have been unsuitable and unsafe for me. As it was the property was difficult for me to use as the bathroom and kitchen was not set up for a disabled person who needed grip rails and perching stools etc. However, I was able to make do and the furniture in the living room was easy to push aside so that my wheelchair could enter the living room, so I could charge it. Unfortunately I couldn’t enter the bedroom with my chair but as I can walk a little, I was fine.
