Nicely clean and welcoming property. Had most of the cooking equipment required. Only gripe is that the beds were not comfortable as the mattresses were not very good. Dog walking was difficult unless you were prepared to drive as there were few paths and the roads too dangerous to walk on locally. Locals were very friendly.

Lovely spacious property with lovely views. Our only problem was the en-suite to the master bedroom. There was nowhere to hang the towels, no hooks or towel rails. The sink was too tiny and there was nowhere to put our toilet bags, which meant my husband had to wait to use the main bathroom to have a wet shave. Such a shame when everywhere else was spacious and well equipped.

The place is absolutely stunning it was perfect for a family of 5. It had everything we needed and more the surroundings were perfect. We would definitely stay there again it's close to shops and supermarkets and not that far from skegness if you fancy a day at the beach. 10 out of 10 overall we loved it 👌

Waggoner's Rest was clean and tidy throughout and well equipped. The outlook from the cottage was pleasant at the front and really nice from the back. We didn't go into the gardens or use the bar-b-que as the weather was too cold. The cottage was within easy reach of Boston, about 20 mins, and Lincoln wasn't too far, about 60 mins. There is a small store about 3 miles from the cottage and supermarkets in Boston. The only down side was that we found the cottage a little too warm for us, though it was probably perfect for others. The on-suite was a little on the small side, but I managed with the shower and I'm on the large side.

Waggoner’s Rest is a good holiday cottage deep in Lincolnshire farming countryside. It is very well furnished, fully equipped and clean. Plenty of room throughout.

An amazing place with loads of space, easy access and parking. Boston isn't far and you have a great rescue zoo and farm on the doorstep if you have children. The cottage doesn't provide toilet rolls or bin bags so take some of those. Apart from that all appliances where high spec and the heating worked very well.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable, lovely kitchen and lounge and so spacious. Marvellous if you have dog as enclosed front and rear garden. Plenty of space to park off road and so easy to unpack. Great if disabled as we are ,as everything on one level. So well equipped. The owners have thought of everything. At night if cold heating brilliant. Would recommend to anyone.
