The spacious open plan living and dining area has comfortable leather seating and a large 46” television perfect for movie nights after a day’s adventure. The dining area is adjacent to a well-equipped gallery kitchen for those hearty meals but with several great pet-friendly pubs serving real ales and home cooked food, and a popular Italian restaurant all within a short walk, you could easily be tempted to leave the cooking to someone else. The open plan staircase leads to three comfortably spacious bedrooms with views across open fields and fells. With the choice of two bathrooms, you could opt for a quick shower or a more relaxing soak in the freestanding bath. Outside to the rear there is a pleasant enclosed courtyard for making morning plans over a cup of coffee or spending evenings with a glass of wine. For cycle enthusiasts, lockable undercover hanging is available. To the front there is private off road parking for one vehicle with ample free and unlimited parking in the village.
