A beautiful old cottage but beginning to look tired. Only the absolute bare essentials provided - nothing in the cupboards - not even basics and only provided with 1 tea towel. The log burners were difficult to keep alight. Lovely location but turning into the lane difficult

Lovely holiday home and perfect for a family gathering (including the dogs). The house was well equipped with plenty of room and a lovely enclosed garden. Good location with footpaths from the door. The owners were very welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful cottage. Very homely with everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this character filled and cosy cottage. Very clean. Lovely welcome pack. Quiet and peaceful location with walks on your doorstep. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at weatherby view. WiFi didn't work but we had our own networks so that was fine. It would be nice to have know dogs not aloud upstairs before hand though.

A criticism I have it the house was very dark inside without any suitable extra light, especially the kitchen. Looking out of the windows is a mess. I don't see why we had to buy our own firewood, there was loads of old wood everywhere outside.

We arrived to a lovely welcome pack from Damon and Abie, the house was lovely, a real homely feel and a lot of thought had gone into making our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are bigger than they appear on the photos so plenty of room for us all and our 3 dogs. It is very well located to visit the sights and it is definitely on the list to return. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Claire x

This was our second visit to Wetherby View, we previously stayed at Christmas. Glorious location- so much to explore and do very nearby. Superb walking and all dog friendly. Cottage is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Hoping to return for a third visit next year
