    We were very dissapointed to find that this was a basement flat and that there was no sea view. Perhaps we had misread the property description.You have to go up the front outside stairs to see all the views. ( The vegetation is covering the handrail ) Entrance to and from the property is via the back entrance which is not in Wellington Terrace. We were rather worried about the amount of glass tables and they are not exactly child friendly. Pehaps that is why you have to pay a cash deposit towards damages, which we did get back. The flat appears clean but on closer inspection it feels as though it could do with a deep clean once in a while. Lots of cobwebs. There is a good supply of utensils and equipment.However,the dials on the cooker are no longer visible and you have to guess the oven temperature. The main rooms and hall are spacious. A quiet and pleasant place to stay.

    Beautiful apartment within easy reach of a lovely old walled town and the river Tweed. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation. Everything you b eed for your holiday is there. Lovely enclosed garden with plenty of seating for a relaxing day if you want.
