Could do with a little updating but wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Fabulous location, amazing garden and view. It was perfect for us and the dogs loved it too. Thank you.

Not the best coloured carpets for a pet friendly cottage

West Winds on first impression seems quite clean, however it needs updating considerably. The rear porch is covered in black mould and rotting away, the interior décor is very tatty and needs completely redecorating throughout. There is no DVD, CD or WiFi, considering that you pay the same for other cottages/houses with them, I think it should be reduced in price or brought into the 21st century by installing them. The shower although quite recent, takes at least 10-15 minutes to drain properly and there is no extractor fan. On arrival the grass had not been cut, however it was finally cut on the Monday, brambles are quite a hazard in places and I had to tie back a very thorny rose which nearly caught my face! Having said all that, our stay was very pleasant, all the bedding is clean and crisp. What I would say is that everything is done on a shoe string budget and a "that'll do it's only a rental" attitude. What could be a fabulous rental is sadly let down by this attitude to clients.

Lovely home very clean , treats for the dogs , and milk and tea/coffee awaiting on arrival nice thought. Good views front and back not far from town centre.

good accommodation, clean and in nice surroundings.

The bungalow is some way out of the town centre and on a hill we felt minehead has very little to offer Unfortunately we did not find the bungalow very clean the fridge and bin had not been cleaned and the cooker is need of a deep clean the sofa had dog hair from the previous guest we could not hover before we left because the hover was broken as pointed out by previous guests. We where surprised to find no internet or tv in the bedrooms The bungalow could do with a little love & care. .

Bungalow was spacious, airy and comfortable. Good location for town and touring.

It could be a very nice Bungalow but was sadly lacking in the small things that make so much difference. The vacuum was very poor ,no hooks on doors in bedroom or bathroom, no shower caddy, toilet roll holder, batteries in radio, torches all flat. The oven was dirty and when we used the grill so much smoke came out of it that it set off the smoke alarm. Oven gloves filthy. No welcome pack as advertised. King size bed ,was comfortable but it only had a double duvet!! As I said at the start it just needed the owners to spend some time living in the premises to appreciate the short comings
