Ideally placed, spotlessly clean, quiet neighborhood. Car parking for 3 cars next to front door a bonus. Cottage very comfortable. Would book again.

As this property was new to market it didn’t have any reviews when I booked it. There is ample parking space to front of house and a quiet rear landscaped garden, with decking. The information pack should have more detail. There were no leaflets on local attractions, etc., but we picked these up from Tourist information and left them. The house is adequate. We found kitchen/dining area quiet dark. One of single bedrooms was very small. We did have a few issues, which were resolved fairly quickly. The harbour is approximately 20 minutes walk from the property. Although there is a bus from main road they are not frequent! The property is in a good location for touring the surrounding areas, e.g. Saltburn on Sea, Staithes, Robin Hood Bay, to mention a few. The Stables restaurant was very good.
