No smoking.\n\nThis superb ground floor terraced holiday apartment is located in the seaside village of Downderry on the south Cornwall coast. Stylishly furnished the apartment is set in a private courtyard of holiday homes and is just a 5-minute walk from the lovely beach which is dog-friendly all year. To the front is a large decked patio with comfortable lounge furniture lovely for relaxing on after a day out exploring this wonderful part of Cornwall. Downderry is a very popular location for families and couples throughout the year and is just 5 miles from the stunning Whitsand Bay. Stylish Kingsand and Cawsand are just 8 miles away and also Looe with its narrow streets gift shops pubs and restaurants. The Monkey Sanctuary is located just along the coast and is a great day out or visit the car-free village of Polperro and take a horse and cart ride down to the harbour. This is a great base for exploring Cornwall and South Devon. Mevagissey the Eden Project Fowey Padstow and St Ives are all great places to visit from here and in Devon Dartmoor National Park Tavistock Plymouth and the South Devon coastline all make for great days out.     Good location for this little flat which is good for families with kids. Only dissapointing thing was the cleanliness of the bathroom. A lot of mould build up throughouth the bathroom. It just needs a good scrub with bleach from floor to ceiling. Rest of the flat was spotless though. It had everything we needed.
