A warm welcome from Karen, with fantastic accommodation to match, lovely for a peaceful few days away

The accommodation was wonderful. We were left a hamper on arrival. This was lovely and a very nice touch.
The hot tub was nice to sit in on an evening watching the stars.
It was not a major problem, but there are a lot of visitors to the owners home as they have a few businesses.
The pub is a nice walk. The food was lovely, but the staff were miserable.
Overall a nice place to stay and get away from it all.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful barn the host was very welcoming and helpful ,
We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend
Lovely holiday. It should be noted that the barn is attached to the owners house. You may also be seen by others while in the hot-tub as there is a small shop next to it and owners have a company with individuals often walking up the drive. The barn itself is amazing and absolutely stunning. Comfort is amazing along with all of the finishing touches, the reason I rated 8 for comfort and equipment is because I was not comfortable with being seen by others on bikinis/bathing costumes. Definitely worth a trip, it will always be a good memory.
What a great place to spend a weekend away, the accommodation itself is just superb, the owner is so helpful and a really nice person, the table tennis and pool table are such a bonus when you have children with you and of course the hot tub is amazing. Will definitely go again!
Amazingggg place freindly hosts, absolutely everything you can think off in the barn, deffiantly be returning x
Very happy with our stay, Karen & Kristian were lovely hosts.
Karen went over and above with her welcome hamper, very much appreciated indeed.
The cottage and facilities, hot tub, games room were all very well looked after indeed.
Just like a home from home.
Added bonus of a vintage / antique shop next door!!

An absolutely beautiful cottage with every need catered for. It was even nicer than the pictures and will be returning to this cottage.
Beautiful cottage in lovely setting.
We had a really lovely time. Enjoyed the hot tub. The welcome pack was so generous. Would definatley recommend.
What a little gem, lovely barn with everything you need at hand to make your stay comfortable. Furnished to such a high standard and the owner (Karen) couldn’t be more lovely and helpful. Ps the complementary hamper was amazing and very thoughtful.
Lovely place to stay. Beautiful scenery and walks, close to local town Diss. Lovely pubs.
The cottage owner is very friendly and the extra touch's are fantastic.
We had a fantastic stay at Woodcrest Farm Barn, with everything you could possibly need. A hamper was provided with lots of lovely goodies. The barn was absolutely spotless and felt like home from home, which was great with a four year old and five month old baby.
The hot tub and games room were added bonuses which were great for winding down at the end of a busy day exploring.
We will definitely be returning!
Such a lovely building, lovely and clean, very well equipped and an amazing hot tub. Couldn’t be happier
Lovely modern cottage in a nice area just outside the village of Diss.A warm friendly welcome from the owners and one of the best welcome packs we have ever had .However not as quiet as we would have liked as a steady stream of customers for the owners business share the drive way .our holiday went well until the last couple of days when we were awakend at 8 am by the noise of an excavator in the owners garden area where ground works were being carried out .Then later on in the evening a JCB was moving gravel around in the same area .overall not as peacefull as we would have liked.
