    This flat is a perfect retreat for a couple. It is ideally situated to all local amenities on foot and is very peaceful. The conservatory, with lovely views of the estuary, particularly in the morning, is very well designed and gives an exceptional space to dine and relax. Tony, the owner, who lives above, is a very nice man that is on hand to answer any questions to make your stay a happy one. We highly recommend this place and will look forward to returning.

    Fab little find in Grange over sands Close to the beach. Parking can be tight outside the property but still lovely place to stay Lovely views.

    Really enjoyed the flat, the conservatory made it, especially with the expected rainy day in the Lakes! Excellent local shops, the endless Promenade for dog walks, and the thin (between houses) but present view of the estuary. Great TV and access to sky for the rainy day. Useful pull out bed.
