Beautiful sandy beaches are within easy reach including Aberffraw on the west coast, and the very popular Benllech on the east coast, as well as a host of visitor attractions including Sea World, Beaumaris Castle, a racing circuit and lovely boat rides to watch puffins or to fish. Day trips to Ireland are easily accessible from the port of Holyhead and a myriad of outdoor pursuits and breathtaking scenery are just a half hour’s drive away in the Snowdonia National Park. Golf, horse riding, lake fishing and sailing are all available nearby.
