Great house with good size accommodation (3 double rooms) Very friendly helpful owner who left us Bara Brith, wine, milk and butter in the fridge on our arrival, greatly appreciated! Garden is a good size but overlooked. I still sat out enjoying the sun with our dog enjoying space to run! Beach 10 mins brisk walk but well worth it....beautiful! Championship golf course across the road. Lots of eating places but you need to book. Placed well to explore other areas. Lots of great walking. Highly recommended. Only scored 9/10 as the place could do with a little updating to make it a 10/10

Great location with easy parking, nice lounge with large TV (all 3 bedrooms also had a TV each, and another small TV wall mounted in the kitchen area). Very nice bathroom with an excellent shower over the bath. Dog-friendly with the long beach 10-15 minutes walk away. A good base to explore North Wales area with its castles, coastal towns, etc. Porthmadoc is only 15 minute drive away with its shops, cafes, and 3 large supermarkets (Tesco,Aldi and Lidl). My wife, her brother with his dog and myself had a wonderful 7 day holiday with very good weather. Will return for another soon.

Comfy, cosy, well equipped cottage, with helpful owner. Handy location near to station for travelling from the Midlands and to coastal places including Aberdovey, Barmouth, Porthmadog and Criccieth. Convenience store and swimming pool nearby. Despite being close to the road (A496), it is on a slip road and very quiet. Sitting in the front garden in the sun is fairly private, but the rear of the property is less so. Half a mile walk to endless sandy beach.
