We enjoyed our stay that was an all girls group for my daughter's 30th birthday .we found plenty of space and the garden was lovely we were disappointed with the selection of drinking glasses as there wasn't a full set of any so had to use a selection of glasses also there wasn't plenty of mugs i feel these need replenishing as this was the only down fall

We had an amazing time, relaxing in a fantastic cottage. The facilities provided are excellent, with space to be alone or to cater for all to be in one place together. Although the weather prevented us from exploring the grounds it didn't stop us from using the hot tub, as it is fairly sheltered. The heated seat in the dinning room was an added bonus which the kids thought was great

Fantastic house for our girlie weekend away. Plenty of car parking space, surround sound system was great for our 80's night and the hot tub was great for a chilled out Sunday evening. Everyone was pleased with the amount of space we had and the room sizes were great! Only a few notes of where things could be improved. The large fridge in the kitchen is lacking in shelves making it hard to store food in there. The toilet seat in the bathroom next to the bunk beds needs replacing and there was a lacking of hot water for our showers. Also a lot of the glasses were dirty and needed a good clean. To be honest as a group of girls on a 40th birthday weekend none of the above proved to be a major problem and we would definitely book again!!

A very tired and low maintained property which is in desperate need of a deep clean and serious maintenance and upgrade. Hot tub not ready until the 2nd day, beds not comfortable, shower in master hot and cold water inconsistent, sound system doesn’t work, lounge furniture very tired and in desperate need of upgrade, garden furniture 2 Brocken chairs 2 working which for 11 people doesn’t work.

Lovely cottage with lots of potential but could do with an update. Shower trays leaked, waste soil pipe leaked, fridge freezer shelves broken so not much space to put food. Small boiler problem which was then efficiently rectified. Beautiful gardens, lovely big kitchen and dining table, very social atmosphere and we had a great holiday overall.
