Allerton Holiday Park is a quiet and relaxing holiday base ideally located for exploring the numerous attractions of the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, Harrogate, the Dales and Moors.

This park offers a wealth of scenic and historic sites close by, including Knaresborough and Old Mother Shipton’s Cave. Just a short drive away is The Lightwater Valley Theme Park, and among the many castles and ruins to be found in the area are Fountains Abbey and Ripley Castle. The ancient city of York, with its superb shopping, famous Minster, Railway Museum and fascinating Jorvik Viking Centre is easily accessible.

| Other Lovely site well situated for the A1 and nearby Knaresborough and Harrogate.Helpful friendly staff. Caravan was very clean.Nothing to fault. Would recommend this site and would use again.

Carole Wigan | Other Only stayed here for a couple of nights, it was conveniently situated outside York only 20 minutes from park and ride. The lodge was lovely, really good size and clean. Only spoke to someone on the phone but they were really helpful with instructions to locate the lodge and key.I would love to go back for a longer visit and explore more of the places around there.
