Apartment was good however one heater in bedroom caught fire. Reported it to security staff and they gave us a blow heater. The original heater hadn't been PAT tested since jan 2017. No-one came to fix it so reported it to reception when we left. On arrival at park we went to patio bar for food. We placed our order and waited. After 1 hour, l spoke to staff at bar. Was told it was nearly ready, 20 mins later asked again. Was told it was being played up. Another 10 mins, l went to bar to demand a refund. The manager would not come out of kitchen. Luckily staff from another part of site came in and authorised refund just as food arrived. Burger and bacon were burnt and chips cold. Ate some of it as starving. Staff at front of house were very caring but kitchens were hopeless. Also attend breakfast with Lizzie. Bearing in mind we booked day before still had to wait 20 mins for food and it was cold when arrived

Location was ok but the problem was with the facilities. Ageing buildings is one thing but it's what is on the inside that matters, and that's where it got worse. The room was filthy, dusty, stains on the floor and on the duvet. Didn't feel clean until we left. The staff in the cafe were also quite rude.
