Guests are more than welcome to arrange a food delivery to be sent to the site. Delivery slots must be chosen after 4pm on the day of arrival and if possible, booked in the same name as the lodge booking so the delivery driver can be sent to the correct lodge.

Is there a freezer in the accommodation?

Yes, every accommodation has a freezer.

Can I park next to the accommodation?

Yes, all accommodations have parking for 1 car. If you have more cars they can be parked in the reception car park.

Is there a shop on park?

Yes, there is a small shop on-site which stocks essential items.

Are dogs allowed in the facilities? (Bar, restaurant, reception etc.)

Dogs are allowed in the designated "Pet Friendly" area and on the outside terrace.

Do you provide cots and highchairs in the accommodation?

You can hire a cot or highchair by adding this to your booking priced at £15 each. We also provide bed guards for young children charges apply, this can be arranged with the reception team.

Susan Rozemont Welwyn Garden City | Other The lodge was amazing very clean and spacious.There were 7 adults and 2 dogs which we walked daily in the woods at the back of resort.Would visit again and have recommended to friends

Louise Knodishall | Other This is our 2nd visit to this park and it was not as good. The shower wasn't working, the heating thermostat wasn't working and the kitchen tap was loose. I think they need to either shut and refurbish the lodges or offer a lower price. The actual site is very dog friendly and the facilities all looked good. The shop sells limited basics.

VMD Essex | Other Has been coming here since 2019 beautiful place to stay. The lodges are getting a bit tired, a couple of small issues but nothing that we couldn’t cope with or fix ourselves. Already to book again for February.
