A beautiful two storey holiday lodge in a quiet and very scenic location. I highly recommend Slate House lodges for a relaxing break away. Will definitely be visiting again soon!
Best lodge we've stayed in to date. Log fire is a real centre piece. Reading room is also brilliant, such a relaxing environment. Great welcome from Paul and was always on hand if we needed him. The locals are also extremely friendly, we were lucky to come across them on our local walks. Road to lodges is not as bad as made out on other reviews, we had no problems at all.whilst driving carefully. We will be back!
