Request a holiday transfer
If you have a holiday with us that has been impacted by lockdown you are able to request a holiday transfer with us.
How can you do this?
By following the steps outlined below you can request to move your holiday and complete the transfer online with an e-voucher without the need to call us, offering you the additional flexibility you need at this time.
There are three simple steps to do this:
Log in to My Booking.
Follow the steps under the section "Request a holiday transfer".
Use your unique e-voucher to book online until 31st December 2020.
What happens next?
Once you have completed your transfer request we will send you an e-voucher that will match the amount you have paid for your holiday. This will be sent to the email address you gave when booking. It is generated from our voucher system so the email address it comes from is:email@example.com.
You can use your voucher to move your holiday to a later date without having to call us. Plus it's valid until 31st December 2020 and can be used on holidays departing before 31st December 2021, giving you lots of flexibility.
Please be aware: We will never ask you for voucher details on social media or over email.
What about my previous booking?
You don't need to worry about your previous booking. Once you have requested a holiday transfer we'll take care of the rest meaning you can just look forward to booking your new holiday when the time is right for you.
