Hoseasons Competition Terms and Conditions

Competition

• The promotion is a competition, with 1 winner in total. The winner will apply for the "role" of "Family Fun Squad" but for the avoidance of doubt, there is no actual job or paid for position, it will be an honorary title linked to the prize. The competition is open to all persons aged 18+. The competition is free to enter. By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• To enter, participants must complete an Entry Form, provide their email address and their entry video between 00:01 on May 15 2026 (opening date) to 23:59 on 15 June 2026 (closing date)

• The winner of the competition will be selected based on the merit of their application by a panel of internal judges appointed by the Promoter, who will assess creativity, enthusiasm, and ability to capture experiences visually. The judges' decision is final.

• Only one submission is permitted per participant. If multiple submissions are received from a participant, all submissions of such participant will be considered void and not considered.

By entering the competition, the prize winner grants the promoter permission to use their name and likeness to advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited).

• By entering the Competition, you agree that if you are selected as a winner, you will provide the Promoter with a review of each of your stays using video and image content and the promote may indefinitely use and publish such review(s) on any of its website(s) or those of its affiliates, and social media, marketing and or communications channel(s) of those of it's affiliates.

Prize

• The winner will be awarded the title of "Family Fun Squad" and the prize is:

  • i) five 2-3 night stays where each stay is at a different Hoseasons property with a hot tub, for four-five persons; and

  • ii) reimbursement of travel costs up to £200 (per trip) and a £300 spending allowance intended for food (per trip). Reimbursement is conditional on presentation of valid receipts.

• The promoter will give the winner a selection of dates that the winner can choose. The trips must take place in different seasons between the date of the competition and June 2027. The promoter will notify the winner as to when he or she can make each of the bookings.

• The prize is subject to the Hoseasons booking conditions, available at https://www.hoseasons.co.uk/booking-conditions.
  

• The accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.

• The winner will be selected on 22nd June 2026 and will be notified on 22nd June 2026, by email.

• The winner must contact us and confirm receipt of the prize within ten days of receiving the notification that they have won. To do this, the winner must reply to the email notification confirming acceptance. If a winner fails to accept the prize within this time, then a re-draw will take place on the eleventh day, and a new winner will be selected and announced.

• The winner must accept the prize and role of Family Fun Squad within 28 days of being notified of being the winner. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.

Promoter

• The promoter of the competition is Awaze Vacation Rentals of Ltd of Trinity House, Riverside Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR33 0SW ("Awaze")

• Employees of Awaze and their agents and families are not permitted to enter.

• The promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, by the competition closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions or any other reasons. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.

• Any incomplete, offensive or illegible submissions will be considered void and not counted. The promoters decision is final, and correspondence will not be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the competition at any time.

• The competition is governed by the law of England & Wales and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
