Hoseasons Hot Tub Competition Terms and Conditions- October 2025

Competition

• This promotion is a prize draw from the giveaway that is active on Facebook and Instagram. It will take place between Thursday 2nd October 2025 to Friday 10th October 2025.  

• The competition is open to all persons over the age of 18. The competition is free to enter. 

• By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.  

• The winner will be randomly selected on Friday 10th October 2025 and contacted via Direct Message on Facebook or Instagram. 

• To enter, participants must complete all actions stated on the social post. 

• The winner must be happy to share their email address via DM with Hoseasons for the delivery of their prize. 

• By entering the competition, the prize winner grants the promoter permission to use their name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited).  

Prize

• The prize is: A £1,000 voucher towards a Hoseasons holiday, valid for 12 months. 

• The prize does not include travel, or any other expenses connected with the accommodation. The prize is subject to Hoseasons Booking Conditions, available at https://www.hoseasons.co.uk/booking-conditions
  

• The accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.  

• The winner must contact Hoseasons to confirm acceptance of the prize within ten days of receiving the notification that they have won. If a winner fails to accept the prize within this time, then a re-draw will take place on the eleventh day, and a new winner will be selected and announced.  

• The winner must use the voucher within dates specified once voucher has been sent (Valid for 12 months).  

• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. The promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.  

Promoter

• The promoter of the competition is Awaze Vacation Rentals Ltd of Trinity House, Riverside Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR33 0SW (“Awaze”).  

• Employees of Awaze and their agents and families are not permitted to enter.  

• The promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, by the competition closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions or any other reasons. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.  

• Any incomplete, offensive or illegible submissions will be considered void and not counted. The promoter’s decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the competition at any time.  

• The competition is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection
