Stayed for a long weekend and completely fell in love with both the Cottage and Aviemore in general. The cottage is very homely and we felt an instant warmth from the minute we walked in the door. Immaculate inside and out and everything inside we needed for a few days stay.

Absolutely beautiful house with everything we could possibly need, a lot of thought has gone into making it a home away from home. Lovely and warm, delighted with the utility room and the hot tub was great! Highly recommend.

Coire Cas is a great property. The owners have supplied everything you need from tea bags, tea towels and cling film and cleaning supplies including washing powder and dishwasher tablets. The property has a shed for bikes, we came on the sleeper train and had a cycling holiday. The property is a mile from the centre of Aviemire in a quiet residential area. There is a decent sized Co-op five minutes walk away which is next door to a fish and chip shop and pizza takeaway/ restaurant The hot tub and sauna were fantastic and the added bonus of having a full Sky package and the country club membership is great for the rainy days. The hot tub is bigger than it looks in the photos. The health club is about half a mile away, but limit you expectations as the photos make the facility look better than it is. It does have a small pool with a sort of spa pool that is a bit strange, steamroom and sauna and gym. The food and drink at the club is a little expensive, watch out tor the 12.5% service charge they add to the total bill! Aviemore is great, we recommend the following; Funicular railway up the Cairngorm mountain Going to the Reindeer centre and doing the walk onto the moor to feed them...suitable for kids and you can hire wellies. (number 31 bus from the railway station for both of these) Visiting the Dalwhinnie whisky factory, the tour was well worth it. Visiting the Highland Wildlife Park, book on the free tour and you will get driven through the park and learn loads. They have polar bears here and you can walk around the centre section and see all the other animals. Go on the steam railway from Aviemore station.

Superb house with all the amenities you would need and more. Location was okay but the house is best used as a very comfortable base rather than as somewhere to spend all of your time. I guess if you're surrounded by 10/10 scenery, most houses will 'lose points' though. Would go back there time and time again, so much to explore that we didn't get around to.

A very comfortable stay with everything you could possibly need. Within walking distance of the village centre. The full sky TV package was a huge hit with our family .

Loved this for our first family holiday, amazing house to stay in plenty of space and was 6 adults and 1 baby. 15-20 min walk into town centre, plenty of food places to choose from. Not much to do in centre but had day trips to inverness/highland wildlife park etc. Will definitely return.

Fantastic house, absolutely spotlessly clean, very well equipped. Loved having sky movies for a treat once kids in bed! A challenge to get the 2 adult bikes in the store but manageable. Easy access to cycle routes. The pass to the swimming pool / gym at the Dalfaber was a real bonus. Yes it's in a residential area just under a mile from town, but for us was perfect for our holiday. The hot tub was lovely!

Coir Cas was a nice property on the outskirts of Aviemore. Easy walks to the town centre and little supermarket in the industrial estate. Lots to do in the surrounding areas and nice walks available. Hot tub and Sauna were a nice addition to the holiday. Not much of a view in the actual property with one upstairs window partially obscured with privacy film. Pleasant enough property and comfortable. A really good base for those who want to be out and about but want somewhere central to return to in the evenings.
