Disappointed with overall accommodation, photo's obviously taken some time ago. No access into the bungalow for wheelchair user, once inside all on one level. One negative review from 2014 commenting on terrible patio doors and cigarette butts in plant pot all still apply.

We had a multi-generational group of 8 staying together. It was great for all of us! The pool was enjoyed by all at the end of each day. The cottage was very nice throughout, with everything we could possibly need. The furnishings were comfortable and attractive. I really cannot say anything bad about the cottage or the owners. We had a wonderful week. The cottage was a bit of a drive out of the way, but we ended up very happy anyway. We spent the week going to Ely and Cambridge and Bletchley Park. So, we drove a bit. However, as said, we could not have had a better experience staying in the cottage.

This was a lovely place to stay . The house and garden were very homely and the garden full of interesting wild life. The owner kindly explained how to use the swimming pool and hot tub and told us of some nice places to visit. There aren't any shops nearby but Littelport which you can reach by car has a well stocked supermarket.

KestrL is a fabulous place to stay when there is a medium/large group of you. The owners are very welcoming and helpfully provide basics like tea and coffee, washing up liquid and tea towels. Only spare toilet rolls would improve the situation. We weren't lucky enough with the weather to benefit from the large garden and BBQ unfortunately. This is our second stay at Kestral and we would certainly come back again as it is well located.

This is the second time we have stayed in Kestral Cottage, it's a great place to relax and have fun with the family and friends. The kids loved swimming and there's plenty of room in the cottage. All slept really well too. Would definitely go again.

Kestral was an ideal cottage for our needs with 4 generations of our family (including two toddlers) staying together. It was slightly further off the main road than we had realised, but this didn't worry us other than taking a bit longer to get to shops etc - we weren't able to "just pop out" for anything we'd forgotten, it became a bit more of a journey (though we're spoilt where we live so this isn't really a fair criticism!). It is well equipped and comfortable, and the children loved the pool and the outside toys and space. It would be a lovely place to be in the summer too when more walking and better use of the outdoors would be possible - I'd have loved to have had a barbecue and eaten outside (everything you'd need was there) but the December weather didn't encourage us to do this! Thank you for having us.
