Had an amazing week, lovely location, not far from Shrewsbury, very quiet, lovely barn conversion in the heart of the Shropshire countryside, you are surrounded by fields with soo many footpaths for loads of lovely walks, and my great nephews loved the games room! Pontesbury is only a mile and half away, and make sure you get up the hill, the views are amazing, and meeting the free roaming friendly cows at the top was the highlight of my week! Had a great week, did loads, so many places to go in the area, even had time to relax, was such a shame the week had to end!

Overall happy with the cottage it was comfortable and clean. Some equipment needs updating and showing a little sign of wear but in a good location quiet and handy for local attractions. The games room was useful.

Our second visit to this property, first was six years ago and it is still very good. Very handily placed for attractions such as Ironbridge Gorge, Severn Valley, Shrewsbury and Cosford Museum. Also excellent local pub and shop. Games room is great for the kids in the evening. Spacious, well equipped and very comfortable, the property has been kept in good order. Only missing item of equipment would be a dishwasher, everything else is there that you could need.

The cottage was warm and comfy, but also very spacious. The games room was a good feature. It is in a good position for travelling to the Long Mynd and the Welsh borders, not to mention the lovely town of Shrewsbury. Would recommend it for any time of year.

Lovely cottage, games room an advantage. Perfect for 2 couples. Perhaps a dishwasher as opposed to a washing machine?
