Lovely cottage in a beautiful rural setting. The owners are really friendly and helpful. The cottage has everything you need for a fantastic self-catering holiday. The hot tub is fantastic and there is nothing better than having a hot, bubbly soak under the stars after a long walk. The cottage is situated in a great position giving easy access to all the local amenities and places of interest. We will definitely be booking again.

Lovely cottage we really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back, the owners were lovely and friendly, the only small down side the hot tub had a bit too much chlorine in.

We felt we paid a lot of money for what we thought would be a high end cottage holiday which didn't live up to our expectations. Fundamentally, the standard of cleanliness was poor. On arrival the table mats still had food and glass marks from other guests and they are worn and scored, the bin was dirty, and common surfaces were sticky. We were surprised to be asked to strip the beds on departure and sweep the floors! I really do not know when the floors were last washed. The mattress and pillow protectors were yellow with greasy marks and stained including blood stains. There was no bbq as described, the dvd was broken, and the cookware and plastic tableware was damaged and needs replacing. We were not supplied with enough towels to have one at each sink. Each bedroom would benefit from a mirror and waste paper basket. There is a large accummulation of local, sticky tourist leaflets but many are duplicated multiple times over and many are four years out of date. This gives me the impression that no attention is paid to these matters at changeover. We have stayed in many self catering properties before and this one would certainly benefit from having a supply of books, games and dvd's. It makes it more welcoming as would a small supply of washing tablets, a small hamper of local goodies and particularly a bottle of milk on arrival. A little thought and attention could make a big difference. The fact that there was minimal soap & toilet paper and no matches nor old newspaper to light the fire seemed really stingy. It is stated that no fuel is provided but it would be welcoming to arrive to a set fire. To find that there was nothing to light the fire with and to start wondering where to find supplies such as mathces, soap, fuel and loo paper as soon as you arrive in a rural location takes a way from a relaxing holiday. Disappointed.

A great place to be central to many areas of activity, walking, beach & above all beautiful scenery. North Wales covers so much ground, already preparing for next year.

Enjoyed a week of relaxing in the welsh hills, with the family. The cottages seem quite modern and the hot tubs are great feature for all the family. Struggled with the wifi but the views in the surrounding area are more than enough for entertainment (if your an adult, haha) Plenty of days out without half an hours drive, an there is a village with a local pub and golf course a mile or 2 away.
