Boasting a smart interior and views over peaceful, pretty countryside, it sits just 1 mile from shops, pubs and restaurants in the little town of Cheadle. Footpath walking starts from the door, and the glorious Churnet Valley offers steam trains, canal boats and superb walking. Alton Towers is 5 miles, as is cycle hire on the Manifold Trail in the Peak District National Park, and Leek and Ashbourne are under 10 miles. Go indoor skiing, bowling, and swimming at Waterworld which is close by. Tamworth Snowdome, Chatsworth and Ironbridge are all easily accessible. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile. We had a lovely stay at The Willows between house moves. Heather was very helpful with fresh bedding and towels. It would have been nice to be able to access the garden from the barn because we have two dogs so perhaps try and book the other barn conversion which does have door access to garden if you need that facility. Wifi only in certain parts of property. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and peaceful in quiet location with lovely views. Would definitely recommend this lovely property.

We had a wonderful holiday. The cottage is in a very peaceful location, overlooking fields, yet not too far from shops in Cheadle. There are walks from the door, and the courtyard was a real sun trap for 'sitting out'.
The property is very spacious inside, well equipt and with tasteful accessories. There were lots extra little touches which made the cottage feel very like home from home.
