Real reviews, from customers like you.
Lovely new facilities, swimming pool and restaurant. However, paid for an elite caravan and the fridge & freezer did not work, dishwasher did not work, 2 rings on cooker did not work, bedside table lamp did not work and the pillows on the bed were in shreds, flat and very unhygienic.
We enjoyed our hoilday shame there was no towels we had to buy some, also we were given the wrong key for our carven as it was raining badly had to drive back and get it and it seam all a bit mixed up. The hot tub was overlooked by the carven next door so not very private. otherwise a nice place and easy to get to other places etc.
Lovely holiday park. Caravan spotlessly clean. Staff excellent. Outstanding meal at Charlie's Restaurant. Swimming pool lovely (very small, although not too busy).
Rubbish / re-cycling area would benefit from improved signage as all skips seemed to contain general waste.
Great holiday and place. Only slight negative - Pool was excellent but not very private. It was complete glass you can see into reception and bar/restaurant and out into caravan area. Glass could be obscured to a certain high to make better. Felt a bit like being in gold fish bowl.
Really enjoyed our stay, the hot tub was worth paying the little extra. We would return.
Site was immaculately clean as was the caravan
The caravan was of a high specification with lovely furniture and soft furnishings.
I would like to return with my partner to the caravan with hot tub but would want to bring our dog; unfortunately there is only one caravan dog friendly which does not have a hot tub
Couldn't fault the accomodation
Dead flies in the lounge window, and considering this was meant to be top of the range, the rooms were smaller than the gold we stayed in last year
Accommodation was a pleasant surprise - very clean and spacious.
Weather good. Surroundings excellent. Plemty to see and do.
excellent location, amazingly well kept site, thouroughly enjoyable holiday
Great base to stay for Tenby, Saundersfoot etc. Quiet friendly site.
Made to feel like a second class citizen especially when using pool. Caravan beautiful but not very clean! Restaurant not family friendly, no shop! Rude staff some very unpleasant and unhelpful!
