All breaks for all arrivals
Pool area looking really tired
nice cheap break
Lovely park. Helpful staff.
Seagulls around overflowing bins need sorting. Clubhouse leaves a bit to be desired.
Location is amazing.
Definitely come again.
brilliant quality accommodation. very close to facilities.very enjoyable family holiday
we had 3day at Dawlish sand we had a good time the park was fine
The Park facilities are poor all requiring major updating. The pool is cold and changing facilities inadequate. The evening entertainment and lounge area poor and not large enough to seat the number of guests staying onsite. The caravan is the least clean caravan we have ever stayed in, I had to clean it myself when we arrived including dirty seating area. I reported a problem with our heating on the first day and to my knowledge it was never dealt with the whole week, we were offered an electric heater which wasn't sufficient and as a result were cold on a number of mornings. However the surrounding area was lovely beaches clean and lots to do which made up for the poor accommodation and site.
Very quiet, slow paced caravan park. Was worried about train noise after reading other reviews but was not an issue. Childrens park could do with up dating but otherwise a nice quiet break. Nothing here for older children but Dawlish feels safe enough to let them go & explore outside of camp. Caravan was lovely and clean.
Good friendly family orientated site
Nice small park. very helpful staff. Great location easy access to many sights in south Devon. Peaceful site we found it to be ideal for our 3 and 4 year old. We had one of the new caravans and it was very nice.
Very pleasant holiday ,beautiful place.Nice new caravan.
On the positive the area and location is fantastic. And the kids park was good lawns mowed well. Negative caravan unclean dust and grime and smelt.
Cigarette butts outside the van on floor and stuck inside the tree. The club smelt of sweaty feet even worse when the doors where closed the bingo went on far to long 1.5 hours. The swimming pool a disgrace dirty health hazards every where drains broken and sharp edges kids small pool discoloured water and just looked dirty life guards to busy on mobiles and eating than watching kids.
Lovely greeting on arrival and jamie at the pool was fantastic, chatting to both my elderly mother and three year old grandchild, made very welcome.
At Dawlish Sands we stayed in our best ever three bedroom, 2015, fantastic brand new caravan which was very spacious, modern and smelt brand new. The site isn't too big therefore not too commercialised. The pool was a nice treat. Dawlish Sands is in a perfect location. The coastal path walk to Dawlish is scenic, we then usually catch a bus back. Lovely Chinese between Dawlish Warren and Dawlish. Beach at Dawlish Warren is lovely on hot days where we have even swam in the sea on previous breaks. Shaldon is worth a visit with boat trip across an estuary and visit the beach which is found though a tunnel in the cliffs. We love this site and will definitely be going again.
Travelled with elderly person. Requested caravan near facilities. Had one of the furthest away. So the club lost out as was too far & no parking by it either. Came home day early. New caravan but dirty.
