Nice pleasant caravan, big rooms and spacious wardrobes. We did have an issue with the boiler but Christine at reception sorted it out straight away. Christine was very polite and very helpful.

Very comfortable, homely and warm. I would suggest adding some oven dishes and little extras like colanders but other than that couldn't fault it.

ALTHOUGH OVERALL NOT BAD NO HEATING IN BEDROOMS VERY BAD AS WHEN I BOOKED I PUT DOWN A TODDLER (UNDER 2) AND INFANT (UNDER 5) I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED HOESEASONS TO POINT OUT THAT THERE WAS NO HEATING OTHER THAN A GAS FIRE NOT SUITABLE WITH CHILDREN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
A lovely well maintained site...the caravan was very clean and was well equipped for our holiday..the staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.....we enjoyed our stay.....thank you.

The area was nice and the park was well kept but the caravan was damp and mouldy. The air vent were full of cobwebs and black mould. Paper was peeling off the walls in places and it smelled musty. Shame really...could have been better.

Our first time at this park and it was fantastic. Some maybe put off by the lack of entertainment on-site but they offer a shuttle bus to a sister park. Site is lovely and quiet and well maintained and minutes from the beach and, only a short walk to the high street. Staff were really friendly. We'll definitely be staying again, loved it-thank you
We had a fabulous week at Lido beach and were lucky enough to have fab weather. staff were very helpful and when we has a small problem with the gas fire, it was repaired within a few hours. We had a fab week visiting Chester, Liverpool, Llundudno and other surrounding towns and villages. Caravan was comfortable and had everything you need. Only small niggle was the TV was tiny and a dvd player would have been an added bonus but no complaints all in all. Lovely Indian within walking distance which is worth a visit too :)
with two people staying in a caravan unless you sleep together remember to ask for two beds to be made up !!!!

a pity theres no cafe or chip shop on site, or any club. That said theres a club/pub just up the road and a chipper about 10 mins away so if youre fit its fine. The caravan was fabulous and clean and the site is very clean, lots of workers keeping it nice.I struggle with mobility so would be better if i had everything on site and i wouldnt have gone off. You can also go in robin hood site if you want as you get a pass.Theres not much for kids on site. The beach is 5 mins walk and the sites off the main road which is good.
Very good and, more importantly, quiet campsite.Stuff for kids is down the road at the Robin Hood site if needed. WiFi could be faster. If you wish to get around Snowdonia get to the A55 as soon as possible though - the traffic locally is snail paced. Retail park very close is a benefit. Had a lovely week.
Hi I was only at lido beach for 4 days but absolutely loved every day not far from Rhyl etc but be booking again for next year
