Dropped a point for cleanliness as a couple of cobwebs but could quite easily have developed after cleaned. Love that you get a little kitchen pack.
Perhaps hand soap in toilet?

The caravan was excellent , beautifully heated and very clean. As it was new, the kitchen contents were rather minimal.
Unfortunately, the shower was leaking and could not be used. As mentioned above, I found information on how to contact staff difficult to find. This did not spoil my enjoyment!

Our family stayed in a caravan at Loch Awe Holiday Park. The caravan was lovely, very clean and with all the modern facilities in to ensure we had a very comfortable stay. The park was in an ideal location to use as a base to visit much of the western highlands. I would recommend to anyone to stay there, and the petrol station outside the entrance to the park was very handy indeed.

Hi we did have a lively time at Loch Awe holiday park..
Although we weren't shown to our caravan nor were we shown how to operate the central heating...there were no Television stations available to watch..should have been at least freeview tv but nothing was watchable...
Also we were told we would get 3 full days wi-fi for 10pounds(usually 5 pounds per day).we actually had to pay 15 pounds for for a weeks worth(our stay was for 3 nights only)but unfortunately the wi-fi service didn't work at all.
We payed for the wi-fi service through PAY-PAL and would like a refund for this please.....

Late booking for oban , turns out caravan park is 20 min drive to oban no facilities on site except a shop. Very peaceful and caravan fine, however double bed mattress bad lumpy. Couldn't complain abt bed as never anyone in reception, and couldn't get mobile signal to fone staff, even at checkout time, had to leave caravan key with shop staff lol.
Really nice caravan. Clean and has everything you need. Had to pay extra for wifi though and there isn't much within walking distance. That being said its a lovely area and I would definitely return.

Enjoyed our four day break at Lock Awe. The caravan we stayed in was spacious and clean. Holiday park not too big and dog friendly. Will definitely go back. Loved it.

Had to search site to find staff plus not much to do on the site esp for dogs with busy road, maybe a complex with entertaiment for at night. No instructions how to work heating etc in caravan but no wouldnt go back.
Wonderful welcome....lovely van ....I would have liked info on how to set the heating as we were cold on the first night ...otherwise ...all good !
having arrived on time staff had lost keys to van 1 hour to find. curtains in van keep falling down, van next to ours keep leaving dog in van that barked all day so was not good having told staff nothing done so we were not happy, left day early not a good holiday.

What you see is what you get. No matter if you have a dog and or children like some other sites. Staff friendly and site was clean.
Beautiful caravan, very modern and clean. Had a fantastic family holiday.
This is a very quiet and peaceful holiday park. I loved the sound of the river rushing behind our caravan it was very serene. As previously said, even though it is situated on a high way it is not distracting. It was very close to Oban which we visited a few times, very nice. Will definitely stay here again and recommend.
It would have been nice to pay for the electricity with the initial booking fee. Also, £5 a day for electricity was quite steep as we could only book in after 4pm and check out was 10am. We booked in on a Friday night and left on the Monday. Maybe £5 for 3/4 days and maybe £10 for 7 days is much more reasonable.
