Only stayed a few hours as had to leave due to unforeseen circumstances. I was gutted as it was such a beautiful place to stay.
A lovely quiet site with amazing views. We had a lovely caravan with a great decking area to watch the sun set. Good location for tourist attractions as well as public footpaths through the fields. Really friendly and helpful staff with great local knowledge. We had a great holiday.
We loved our stay at Wigley Orchard, quiet, peaceful, but with lots to do in the surrounding area, will certainly be back.
Very peaceful holiday, if you want to get away from it all this is the place to go.
Lovely staff, very accommodating, the only let down was the caravan could have done with a thorough clean. The settee and carpets etc were clean but the edges of the floors doors and fittings could have done with being wiped down and the curtains in the bedrooms were rather mouldy. The site how ever, is very well kept.
Very quiet secluded site. Caravan good condition and lots of places to visit in surrounding area.
Really is in the middle of nowhere and has zero facilities. It does mot pretend any different, so great if that's what you are looking for.
Our caravan was very old and worn and depressing, the showers were not hot and the heating was on full blast and not doing its job of keeping us warm. But there are new caravans on site so choose carefully.
very nice site
Very quite clean and all staff very helpful will return.
We loved the location; very pretty and nice and quiet. The driving directions were good and the owner was very understanding when we were held up in London traffic and arrived later than we'd hoped. We had a small problem with flies in the caravan (apparently they appear in the orchard in certain weather conditions) but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Great holiday, great location, great site. We go every year
the caravan needed a thorough clean for the start of the season , curtains dusty and mildew other wise good value. kitchen was well stocked.
